... and I watched others move ahead while I stayed invisible.

The transformation came when I stopped being a passive participant in my career and started taking ownership of how I showed up.

Within a year, I stepped into a Director role, learned to speak publicly despite deep nerves and introversion, and built a side business alongside my full-time job.

Then, in late 2022, I was laid off. That side business became RISE Learning Solutions, built on more than a decade of experience as a founding editor at LinkedIn, Prezi, and other leading tech companies.

Today, I speak at organizations like Amazon, Zoom, and Cisco, teach on platforms like MasterClass and LinkedIn Learning, and create content and courses for global companies and brands.
